Melki is the head boat captain at Barefoot Conservation. He comes from Sop Island near Sorong. His hobbies are playing the guitar and singing, and he was a champion volleyball player.

He is an excellent repairman and a terrifying bodyguard. He works with his brother, Fleming, and they make an incredible team driving the White Manta.
