Fleming is the captain of White Manta with his brother Melki. He comes from Sop Island near Sorong. He has the best laugh in the whole island. His hobbies are playing soccer and diving.

Already an excellent free diver, he had his first experience scuba diving at Barefoot Conservation and he is always happy.
